Issue: Stacking of narrative items or content in container one: It was proposed that we could stack content in the "review it" section of UI and PI sections. That was considered a way to reduce the number of thumbnails for different remediation resources. This is not possible.
Communication: Anika via email 5-11-17
Strategy: content that is currently referenced as part of button will need to be broken up into narrative items (they will be thumbnails) AND those thumbnails will be a 1:1 (one piece of content, one thumbnail). We cannot stack multiple items behind one thumbnail.

Issue: Character length for Thumbnails in a Multi-section CLA:
Communication: Kevin and Nicole via Slack
Strategy: Keep the character length under 60 characters.
ISSUE: Removing a container or when you do not use resource buttons:
Communication: Discussed with CDs for programs where this is an issue.
Strategy: Some programs would like to leave container 1 or container 2 blank or not show them at all in certain CLAs and sometimes no resource buttons are appropriate. We know that the vendor will know that container 1 for PI and UI for grammar and vocabulary will not show until a resource button is clicked, but leaving out resource buttons can be problematic. For example, when you do not include any resource buttons with a PI vocabulary CLA, the vendor may think there is an error and will flag it. In order to not have these things flagged, if your intention is not to use resource buttons and/or to not have a container show in a CLA, let's make it clear in the MS. Below are some comments you can use in your MS to let the Vendor know that they should not include a container or resource buttons in the CCI grid. If we do not include one of the comments and no resources are included in the MS, the vendor will assume that there is an issue/error.

- If you will not have resource buttons and do not want anything in container 1, then use something like this to be clear:
- If you do not want a container 2 to appear at all in the CLA or there will only be text with no activity:
