The thumbnail should be named in such a way that its contents/focus are clear. In most cases, that means the B-head. For Vocab, for example: the Learn it may be "En la casa", page one/thumbnail 1 shows kitchen vocab so call it "En la cocina", page 2/thumbnail 2 shows bathroom vocab, so call it "En el baño". For multi-page Skills Use it, the label would be content-based. For a reading on Paris, tie the label to the topic. If the topic spans multiple pages, then More about...

LOCATIONS AND NUMBERING OF COUNTRY PROFILES AND EXPLORACIONES PROFESIONALES
Exploraciones Profesionales:
Exploraciones Profesionales:
- Location: Placed in a folder called “Exploraciones Professionales” after the chapter folders in the LP.
- Titles: EP-1 + title, EP-2 + Title. I suggest that you keep the order of these exactly the same as they were in the original Exploraciones. There is a correlation between chapter and the EP. Each section was created with the appropriate language level and topic. So EP-1 would be the section that was presented in Chapter 1. We do not have to have a LP step in the title, but we do need to have instructions added to the CCI instructions for the vendor that tell them to tag any EP activity as “Use it”. I think this is column I in the current CCI structure.
- Location: Placed in a folder called “Country Profiles” after the chapter folders in the LP.
- Titles: This was already decided, but …. CP-1 Argentina, CP-2 Bolivia… I believe that since there is no chapter correlation, we would place them in alphabetical order. We do not have to have a LP step in the title, but we do need to have instructions added to the CCI instructions for the vendor that tell them to tag any CP activity as “Use it”. I think this is column I in the current CCI structure.

If you have already created a good portion of the activity numbering for a program:
-Since it is ok to have some differences in titling in the design, any of these formats are ok for current programs as far as design in the MS goes: C 5-1, C5-1 or C-5-1 The main thing is to be consistent throughout your program. Whichever format you have used should be used for online activities as well as the in-class activity.
-Keep in mind that for the CCI, you will have remove any spaces in the activity number. If you use C 5-1 then you will need to enter C5-1 in the CCI. If you use C-5-1 or C5-1, you can enter that exactly as is in the CCI since there is no spacing.
If it would be easy to modify your activity numbers or have not started yet:
-It would be the least amount of work to simply enter the activity number without the space since it would require less work while copy/pasting to . Enter the activity number as C5-1 for both the design in the MS and for the CSI.
Moving forward:
-Let’s simply number all activities with the format C5-1, L3-2, etc….The format in the guidelines below show this and is accurate.
